Tuition Fee Schedule
Explore tuition and fees for preschool through high school at Summerfield Waldorf in Santa Rosa, with tuition assistance available for qualifying families.
Tuition is due and payable in full on July 1 of every year. We offer three payment plans, set up during Online Enrollment: ten monthly installments (July through April), two semester installments, or payment in full with a full-pay discount.

Annual Fees
Annual, non-refundable fees offset enrollment, classroom and practical-arts supplies, books, student performances, and the farm program. Fees are due June 1 for the following school year.

Other Costs
Fees below reflect 2025/26 pricing and may be adjusted for 2026/27.
- School Lunch Program — approximately $200–$240/month, depending on grade level.
- After School Care — $16/hour.
- Field Trips — Grades 3–8: $100–$400 per trip. Grades 9–12 open-week trips: $350–$500.
- Music & Instruments — Recorders $40–$50, flutes $80–$85; private lessons available.
- Sports — Grades 6–8: $50–$75 per season. Grades 9–12: $150–$175 per season.
- After-School Clubs — $350–$500 per semester.
- Annual Giving Campaign — families are asked to contribute the equivalent of one month’s tuition.
